We understand that events can take months of careful planning and don't want you to worry about whether your equipment will turn up on time or break down when your event is at its peak.

We are not a copier sales company that offers a rental service because we have spare equipment in the warehouse. In fact, Complete Office Systems was initially established as a dedicated short-term service provider, a market that can be demanding and high-pressured.

Your Account Manager will ask the right questions to determine the best possible solution in order to provide you with the equipment that is right for the job. He or she will liaise with your chosen venue to ensure the installation and de-rig are problem free.

If you have a piece of equipment for 3 days and have a service issue, the response needs to be fast. If your hotel function suite is available from 8am - you need the equipment to arrive at the right time to allow for adequate installation and set up. If your room needs to be vacated at 5pm - we'll be waiting to collect it at the right time
