Our equipment is delivered and installed by our service department. We do not rely on external couriers your service is fully managed by our in-house team from logistics to installation and servicing.

All our vans are equipped with ‘live tracking’ to enable us to advise on exact delivery times. We also offer enhanced service cover options including on-site operators, technicians and 24-hour service cover for mission critical events.

If your query cannot be solved over the phone an engineer will visit you onsite. For an engineer visit, calls must be logged prior to 4pm on weekdays and 3pm during weekends and Bank Holidays.

Telephone support is available until 5pm. If your query relates to additional networking requirements please contact your Rental Sales Manager.

  • All our rentals include one hour free of charge networking upon installation.
  • Proactive routine maintenance visits for all large installations.
  • If we are unable to resolve the issue over the telephone, then our engineers will be immediately dispatched.
  • All our engineers are smartly dressed in shirts & tie uniforms.
  • 24 hour (on or off site) support is available.
  • Last minute rentals – 3 hours from your call to COS to the equipment being delivered. Subject to stock.
  • All photocopiers and printers include toner.
  • Machine Operatives – To act as assistants and copy/fax/scan or print.
